How do I request a stay?

Use the stay enquiry form to choose a hotel, room preference, dates and number of guests. Reservations will respond with the available options and next steps.

Is my room confirmed when I submit an enquiry?

An enquiry is a request to the reservations team. A room is only booked once the hotel confirms your reservation and you complete its required booking steps.

What are the arrival and departure times?

The four hotels publish check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Reception operates 24 hours a day. Request early check-in or late check-out before travelling; these depend on availability.

How often is housekeeping provided?

NEXT Hotels states that rooms are cleaned between reservations and every third day during a stay. Ask your hotel about your room’s arrangements and any additional service.

Are children and families welcome?

The collection includes apartments and, at NEXT Apartments, family suites. Share the number of adults, children and children’s ages so the team can confirm a suitable room and occupancy.

Can I bring a pet?

The four hotels publish a no-pets policy.

What are the payment and cancellation conditions?

Rates, deposits, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions depend on the reservation. Ask for the terms of your selected offer before confirming your stay.
