Introducing NEXT Magnolia in Batumi

We presented NEXT Magnolia in Batumi, introducing a development shaped by the relationship between seaside surroundings, everyday comfort and contemporary amenities.

The presentation explored the project’s residential design, views and planned infrastructure. NEXT Magnolia brings our approach to architecture and place together in a coastal setting, with spaces intended to support both daily life and time to relax. Discover the homes and facilities with our team, who can explain the current specification, availability and delivery plans.
