AWARDS & RECOGNITION
Architectural recognition for NEXT Address
An Honorable Mention for a multifunctional Batumi destination.
NEXT Address has received an Honorable Mention in architectural design. Created with SPECTRUM Architecture, the development brings homes, workspaces and leisure facilities together in Batumi’s business district.
Its integrated neighbourhood concept places everyday needs within one development. The facade design also responds to energy use, supporting our aim to combine architectural character with functionality and environmental care.
