The vision behind NEXT
Kakha Devadze on places, people and the next stage of growth.
Our founder Kakha Devadze’s ambition extends beyond individual buildings to complete places. The vision connects architecture, services and environmental responsibility with the comfort and emotional experience of everyday life.
Experience with international hotel brands helped shape our Georgian portfolio and expansion into Dubai and Kenya. Research into local conditions informs each project, from NEXT Coral’s coastal setting to NEXT Amani’s shared spaces. Looking ahead, our ambition is to create integrated communities with a wider mix of uses.
